
Unit renewals are due by July 31st, 2025. The sooner you get your information in, the less likely you are to have any delays in the system. Each unit needs to complete the unit charter agreement (This needs to be signed by the Executive Officer, Charter Organization Representative, and the Committee Chair).

Scout Night at the Saltdogs
You will sign up as a UNIT. Pick one person to represent the entire group. That person will sign up and pay for everyone. The cost this season will be $21 per camper. This fee includes admission, berm ticket, access to the tailgate, overnight camp (you provide your own tent), movie and a patch.

National Jamboree will be held at Summit Bechtel Reserve from July 22-31, 2026.

[(Effective September 1, 2023) Two registered adult leaders 21 years of age or over are required at all Scouting activities, including all meetings. There must be a registered female adult leader 21 years of age or over in every unit serving females. A registered female adult leader 21 years of age or over must be present for any activity involving female youth or female adult program participants.
