Units qualify for this program from the date they achieve their Unit Family FOS Goal, and hit the other qualifiers as listed below, if the presentation is held, goal met, and paperwork is turned in and processed between November 1st, 2025, and April 25th, 2026. They are eligible to receive the incentives until March 31st of the following calendar year. **Camp Discounts must be used in 2026.
Your unit FOS goal is based on your December 31, 2025, youth membership multiplied by $100. It is critical that every family participates to the best of their ability and that each unit strives to grow.
Have completed an in-person detailed coaching meeting with your Unit or District Commissioner in the first quarter of the year (By April 1)
Achieve a 90% or higher FULL trained leader status for the unit by April 25.
Complete Unit online commitment form for the 2026 Council Fundraising: Packs must commit to 2026 Fall Popcorn Sale-Troops and Crews commit to either 2026 Fall Popcorn Sale, 2026 Spring Digital sales, or BOTH.
Meet or exceed your Unit Family FOS goal in 2026 before April 25.
