Help Wanted – Part-Time Maintenance & Custodial Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for a part-time Maintenance and Custodial position. This role involves general upkeep of the building and grounds, as well as cleaning duties to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, etc.)
• Carry out minor repairs (plumbing, painting, basic electrical, etc.)
• Maintain exterior areas (lawn care, snow removal)
• Restock cleaning and maintenance supplies
• Report larger maintenance issues as needed

Requirements:   

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to climb ladder
• Valid Drive License
• Must be available some evenings and weekends

Hours: 

• 16-30/week, flexible scheduling available

Salary: 

• $15-16.50 her hour/based on experience

Experience driving trucks/trailers helpful, but not required. 

Training will be provided in order to use specialty equipment
