Wood Badge 2011

This Spring the Cornhusker Council is bringing you the absolute best Wood Badge program ever. The course will be held on two weekends in 2011, March 18-20 and April 9-11, at the Cornhusker Council Outdoor Education Center just east of Lincoln, Nebraska.

What is Wood Badge?

Wood Badge is an advanced training program that involves leaders in situations likely to be found in a typical Scout unit. Open to adult leaders in all of the Scouting programs (Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Varsity Scouts, and Ventruing), the training is applied in a variety of activities as well as in-depth exploration of the role of the adult in developing youth through the Scout Program.
