Membership Recruitment

Among the most vital of any Council's components is its membership. The Council can have the most wonderful array of programs found anywhere; it can have unlimited financial resources to fund those programs; it can have excellent camps and other facilities; it can have highly trained and exceptionally talented professionals on staff. But without youth and adult membership, everything else is irrelevant. Membership is the primary ingredient in the well-mixed blend of all the other ingredients in the Scouting program of unequalled youth development.
