Capital Campaign

In 1997 the Cornhusker Council Executive Board developed a visionary, multi-year, strategic plan that will ensure the Cornhusker Council continues to be the premier provided of youth service programs for southeast Nebraska. The plan addresses four key areas that will offer Scouting to more boys and young people over the next five years and well into the 21st Century.

The Cornhusker Council capital campaign includes funding for the Outdoor Education Center and Weekend Camp, as well as Camp Cornhusker and the Mobile Activity Center.

All phases of this project will extend the benefits of Scouting to thousands of southeastern Nebraska families.
