I'm Interested in Participating, What Do I Do?
Overwhelming response is expected due to the inaugural Jamboree at The Summit. You will need to submit your application early to secure your place in line, as slots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Your application will not be considered complete until your $100 deposit is submitted. In the event that you are applying for the last spot available in the troop, and another individual submits their $100 before you are able to, you will recieve the first spot on the waiting list. This is regardless of whether the initial form was submitted before the other person.
To register, you will need to fill out the national application by clicking on the link below, and then submitting your $150 deposit as well via the second link below. This is considered a completed youth application. While the final price has not been identifed, it will be between $2,250 and $2,550. You are encouraged to start making payments immediately to ensure that there are no last minute financial concerns related to your attendance at Jamboree. Once the final price is set you will be notified and given a payment structure. Do not let this deter your ability to make payments, as the price will be no lower then $2,250. The total fee will be due by January 15th of 2013. If you do not have your fee paid in full by that time, you will forfit your position, and council refund policies will apply.
